Born from late nights and shearer tales, this inaugural 2018 Fortified Shiraz is rich, brooding and unapologetically nostalgic.
Think Christmas fruit cake soaked in spirit, sticky date pudding by the fire, and a nod to the Kruger flagon being passed hand to hand after a long day in the shearing shed. Aged with intent and bottled with a hook, its a tribute to tradition.
The closure made on site by us from Australian spotted gum has to get a mention! (700ml)
